DCS offices and phone numbers
There are DCS offices located in Central, Southeast, Pima, Southwest, and Northern Regions. If you are trying to reach an office in a particular region you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a list of DCS offices in your region.
If you have a grievance with DCS regarding a particular case and you are a parent or guardian, you can contact the Ombudsman’s Office to file a complaint. The Ombudsman handles complaints against DCS and some other State agencies. The Ombudsman will review the complaint and decide the appropriate actions that need to take place.
